1. Do you have click & collect service? 

We are an online store and ship from our warehouses only. Therefore Click and collect option is not available currently. Only standard delivery to a home or work address is available. 

2. What are my payment options?

You can choose from a variety of payment options including: 

  • Shop pay
  • G Pay
  • Amex
  • Apple Pay
  • Visa / Master Card

3. Why my delivery is delayed?
Our orders are dispatched from multiple warehouses. There may be a possibility that your ordered product is not available in our warehouse near to your location and we have to arrange it from another warehouse which may take few more days for you to receive your order.

To check the status of your order you can track it by clicking on the tracking link in order history & track your order tab.

4. How do I make a return or exchange?

We have a 14-day return policy. If the product has quality or other issues, please inform our team by emailing support@kidzkompany.com with an order number, details of your order, and a supporting picture of why you want to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of mind and not liking the product is not acceptable

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation by email with the tracking number/package ID. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.

6. My order is missing an item?

It is possible that your order is dispatched from different logistics centers. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each shipment. Please check your emails for detail of order receiving.

7. I haven’t received the order confirmation email?

Don’t worry, please check your spam mail.
